Vitrue will remove the infringing content, subject to the provisions outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Please also be advised that we enforce a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of subscribers who are repeat infringers.
- (i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest that is allegedly infringed;
- (ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- (iii) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
- (iv) Your address, telephone number and email address;
- (v) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- (vi) A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of a copyright or intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed.
